The Asian Journal of Panchakarma (AJPK) is a double-blind peer-reviewed and open-access journal dedicated to advancing research and knowledge in the field of Panchakarma therapy within the context of Ayurvedic medicine. AJPK serves as a specialized platform for the publication of high-quality original research articles, review articles, short communications, and clinical articles/case reports, focusing on the application of Panchakarma principles and therapies in promoting health, preventing diseases, and managing various health conditions.

Aim and Scope

AJPK aims to provide a comprehensive platform for scholars, researchers, clinicians, and practitioners to disseminate their findings, insights, and advancements in the specialized area of Panchakarma therapy. The journal is committed to promoting interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration among experts in Ayurveda, traditional medicine, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), and allied health professions.

The scope of AJPK encompasses a wide range of topics related to Panchakarma therapy, including but not limited to:

  1. Theoretical foundations and principles of Panchakarma therapy, including its historical development, philosophical underpinnings, and conceptual frameworks.

  3. Research on the efficacy, safety, and outcomes of Panchakarma interventions, including clinical trials, observational studies, and systematic reviews.
